| The Orient-Express was a lengthy-length passenger train company developed by the Compagnie internationale des wagons-lits (CIWL) in 1883. The CIWL's founder, Georges Nagelmackers, was amazed from the Pullman trains inside the United States and wished to create something equivalent in Europe.
